Opel & Passendo is shortlisted for the 2018 Native Advertising Award

The Native Advertising Institute just announced that Passendo together with Opel have been shortlisted for a 2018 Native Advertising Award for Best Use of Native Advertising in Email. The Native Advertising Awards acknowledges the best native advertising in the world and will awarded for the third time this year at Native Advertising DAYS 2018 in Berlin on November 6th.

I am very excited about this nomination. Opel has been running +10 native campaigns through the past 10 months with Passendo. It is interesting to see how an “old” media channel like email can outperform new modern media channels on most parameters.

The shortlisted companies have been selected by a panel of judges from across the industry based on their work in categories covering the most important aspects of native advertising such as strategy, organization, formats and channels. The jury counts experienced native advertising professionals such as Stephanie Losee, Head of Content at Visa Corporate Communication, Tim Cain, Founder of Digital First Media, Stuart Feil, Custom Publishing Director at Adweek, Susan Borst, VP, Mobile at IAB, Irina Pashina, Senior Director, Content Marketing at SAP and Chad Pollitt, VP of Marketing at InPowered.

Award submissions come from countries across the globe including Sweden, Peru, Croatia, the US, Germany, Belgium, Slovenia, Russia, Denmark, Italy, Australia and the Philippines.
