# General Creative Specifications

### **DISPLAY**

**Link** - must be an image called from a \<img\> tag, and it must be the full URL for that image

**Upload**

File size: 250 kb

File types: .png, .jpg, .jpeg or .gif

**IMPORTANT:** Some email clients will not support animated .gif formats, so make sure the first frame works as a standalone!

### **NATIVE**

**Upload only**

File size: 250 kb

File types: .png, .jpg, or .jpeg

**IMPORTANT:**   
A native creative can **NOT** use a .gif, as the whole creative will be processed into a static image.  
A native creative can **NOT** use the **Link** feature, the file needs to be uploaded.  
The image uploaded to a native creative will be cropped according to the styling settings of each placement.
