Guide to Self-service Ad Booking

Before getting started a username and password are needed to get access to the platform. This has been sent directly to your email or has been supplied otherwise.

Logging in

The platform can be found here: https://admin.passendo.com/

Use the supplied username and password to log in.

After logging in, select “Advertisers” from the menu on the left:

From the advertiser page select the “+ Add new” button:

This will allow you to create an advertiser. You can create as many advertisers as needed, or run all your offers under the same advertiser, depending on if you wish to have your reporting separated. If you wish the advertiser to have the possibility of having reports sent by email, you can fill out the “E-mail” field, otherwise, keep it empty. When done, click “Save”

From the Advertiser page for the Advertiser you just created, please click “+ Add New” to create a new Offer:

The next step is to select a channel for your offer - This will decide where the ad runs, what the price floor is, and what features are available for your offer. When you have selected the right channel click “Next”.

Here are the core settings of the Offer/Campaign:

  1. Select an advertiser from the list;
  2. Give the offer a name;
  3. Select Start and End Date - The offer will start delivering on the start date, and end on the end date;
  4. Define your offers landing page in the “Click URL”. This needs to be a full URL, including http:// or https://;
  5. If needed you can input a 3. party tracking pixel to follow the delivery of the offer in another ad server. Please inquire for more information about this before using it.

When done click “Next”.

Here you can define the financials of the offer, the click or CPM price, and the delivery volume. You can see the total budget of the offer before clicking “Next”.

On this page, you can potentially change delivery options. You can decide on a maximum daily delivery of Views, clicks, or Pixels. For the best delivery do not enable these. You can also change the delivery strategy. Our recommendation is to select “Performance Optimization” - For completely even delivery over the campaign running time select “Deliver Evenly” and for the quickest possible delivery use “Deliver as fast as possible”. When done click “next”.

On the last page of the Offer/Campaign setup, you can define automated reporting. Please consult with us before using this. Please click “Save & move on to Creatives”

To move forward please click “Save & move on to Creatives”.

Here you need to configure the creatives needed to get the Offer/Campaign live, you can see what the minimum different formats are. You are always encouraged to add more creatives in each format to help deliver the offer. Click “+ Add New” to continue.

On this page, you need to supply the name of the creative. You also have the option of overwriting the other options you also saw from the Offer/Campaign, Dates, landing page, and tracking pixels. You should only input these if they are different from the main settings of the Offer/Campaign.
Click “Next” when done.

Here you select the format of the creative, and either upload or link to the actual image file. We always recommend uploading an image. Click “Next” when done.

On this page you can supply the text of the Native Ad - If no text is supplied here, the ad image creative will run as a Display image with no text added, if you input text here, it will be a native ad. You can select a preview placement from the list, and click “Save & Preview” as many times as needed.
When done, click “Save”.

Once you have added the needed amount of Creatives, you can click “Send for approval” to send the Offer/Campaign to be verified and put live.

Once you have confirmed this, the Offer/Campaign is sent for approval. You will get an email with more information as soon as the Offer/Campaign has been looked at and potentially put live.
When the Offer/Campaign is live, you can log back into this platform to follow delivery information, as the Offer delivers.
IMPORTANT: If you make changes, such as to the settings, existing creatives, new creatives or similar, you will need to re-send the Offer/Campaing for approval.
