In Emperor, Orders are located under Advertisers. You can access them by opening the Advertiser whose order you are looking to make. Click on the Advertiser name to open the list of orders.
Upon opening the Advertiser, all orders will be listed in the first tab. Their status can be one of the following:
- Draft – Orders that are not ready to launch;
- Ready – Orders that are waiting for the line item to start delivering;
- Delivering – Orders that are in progress, delivering within the current line items;
- Inactive – Orders that you stopped are set as INACTIVE;
- Delivery completed – Orders that have ended with line items, or the volume limit has been reached;
- Archived – Completed, draft, or ready orders you have archived.
The default view of the orders within an advertiser is All. Here you can see the status of the listed orders under the Status column, and right next to it the start and end date and time for each order. On the far right are listed the actions you can take for the chosen order.
Orders are listed by name, and you can reverse the list by clicking on the arrow next to the Order name value in the table.
If you manage multiple orders within an advertiser, you can leverage the Search functionality to easily find the one you are looking for.
The menu of the categories of the orders – All, Draft, Ready, Delivering, Inactive, Delivery completed and Archive – can also help you filter the orders you are looking for. Simply click the menu button Ready and all ready orders will be listed in the table.
Actions you can perform over the orders that are already created are:
- Edit
- Activate/Deactivate
- Archive/Unarchive.
These icons are listed on the right-hand side to each order’s name, under Actions. When editing a created Order, make sure to hit the Save button, otherwise all the changes you have made will be lost.
Important: Once created, orders CANNOT be DELETED! Instead, orders can be Archived.
Moreover, you can edit an order from within by clicking the blue button next to the order’s name.
