[Reporting](https://site.passendo.com/emperor?hsLang=en#reporting) # The New Reporting Center ## A quick guide to what’s new and how to use it > Live **from Tuesday, 3 November 2026.** The Reporting Center has been rebuilt from the ground up. Your existing reports carry over, and everything you used before is still there, now quicker to set up and easier to keep track of. ### What’s new at a glance **– Run history**    A report is now a saved setup. Every run is kept in its history, with its status and result. **– Run again in one click**    Get fresh numbers from the list or the result page. Earlier results stay available. **– Step-by-step report builder**    A guided 8-step wizard replaces the long form and includes a live preview of your report. **– Templates in one place**    Start from a predefined template or one of your own, straight from New report. **– Downloads from the list**    Download any successful run as CSV, XLSX or JSON without opening it. **– Clearer scheduling**    The list shows each report’s next run and flags any missed runs. ### 1. Your reports Go to **Reporting center › Reports**. Each report is a row showing its entity, scope, schedule, columns, last run, and status. Open a row to see every run and what to do with it. ![](https://site.passendo.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Oct-29-2026-12-12-10-9498-PM.png?width=670&height=183&name=image-png-Oct-29-2026-12-12-10-9498-PM.png) - **Row buttons:** Run report, Reuse settings (copy the report into the wizard), Rename, Delete. - **On each run:** View result, Download, Share, Delete. Each run shows its expiration time (results are kept for about a year). - **Status** updates by itself: Queued, Processing, Success or Failed. You don’t need to stay on the page while a report runs. ### 2. Creating a report Click **+New report** and choose how to start: from a ready-made template (recommended) or by building a custom report. ![](https://site.passendo.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Oct-29-2026-12-14-32-4690-PM.png?width=395&height=191&name=image-png-Oct-29-2026-12-14-32-4690-PM.png) The wizard then takes you through 8 short steps. Each one reads like a sentence, for example *“I want to see data from Last 30 days grouped by Day”*. 1. **General settings:** report name (and team, if you have several). 2. **Entities:** pick one type (Advertisers, Orders, Line items, Brands, Newsletters, or Placements), then All or Specific. 3. **Date range:** the period and how to group it (Hour, Day, Week, Month or Full period). 4. **Columns:** searchable dimensions and metrics. 5. **Formatting:** time zone, date and number format, totals row. 6. **Filters:** optional, e.g. only delivering line items. 7. **Schedule:** run once now, or have it e-mailed on a schedule. 8. **Review & run:** check every choice, and optionally save the setup as a template. ![](https://site.passendo.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Oct-29-2026-12-16-48-6504-PM.png?width=636&height=376&name=image-png-Oct-29-2026-12-16-48-6504-PM.png) The preview on the right shows the shape of your report using your own entity names with sample numbers (wide screens only). ### 3. Results, downloads and sharing The result page shows total tiles,  a chart where the data is split by date, and a table. A line under the title says exactly which run you’re looking at and what it covers. ![](https://site.passendo.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Oct-29-2026-12-19-11-0072-PM.png?width=624&height=178&name=image-png-Oct-29-2026-12-19-11-0072-PM.png) ###### The result page with *Share*, *Download*, *Run again*, and Back to Reports. - **Run again** adds a new run to the same report, so you can compare over time. - **Download** as CSV, XLSX, or JSON, here or from the run in the list. - **Share** creates a link to that specific run. Turning sharing off disables the link immediately, and turning it on again creates a new one. ### 4. Scheduled reports Scheduled reports are e-mailed as a file **Daily**, **Weekly (Mondays)**, or **Monthly (on the 1st)**, to up to 50 recipients. New runs are added underneath from now on. | | **Previously shared links** | Links shared from the old Reporting Center no longer open. Open the report, pick a run, and click *Share* to create a new link. | | **Changing a report or its schedule** | Use *Reuse settings* to copy the report into the wizard, adjust it, and run it. Then delete the old report if you no longer need it. | | **Saving a template** | Switch on *“Save these settings as a template”* on the last step of the wizard. | | **Finding reports** | Newest reports are at the top. Use Rename to give reports clear names. | | **Old bookmarks** | Old report and template addresses now open the Reports list. | | **Language** | The main reporting screens are in English for now. | ### FAQ **I clicked Run. Where is my report?** It runs in the background. Open its row in the Reports list. The run appears there and shows View result when it’s ready. **How do I get fresh numbers for a report I already have?** Click Run report on the row, or Run again on the result page. The new run is added to the history and the old results stay. **My shared link stopped working.** Links from the old Reporting Center no longer open, and switching sharing off and on creates a new link. Share the run again. **How long are results kept?** About a year. Each run shows its expiration time, and an expired run can simply be run again. **Why can’t I pick a Tuesday as the start of a weekly report?** Weekly reports go out on Mondays and monthly ones on the 1st, so the start date has to be one of those days.
