Under the menu in the Demand section on your left-hand side, you can find the Line items section. When you click on this section, you will see all line items that are delivering (1), and in the next tab the items with no active creatives (6).
However, to create and manage specific line items, you would need to go to the order in which the set line item belongs.
Note: For existing line items visible in the Line items section, you can click the Edit icon and go straight to editing set line item.
However, pay attention that, by clicking Edit, Emperor guides you to the origin of this line item. So, in this case, you are located in Advertisers > Montana Furniture > Montana Order 2024 > Timeless Stripes.
Now, to manage existing line items within an order, you need to locate that order. First, go to the Advertisers dashboard by clicking the Advertisers under the Demand menu to your left. Then, click on the advertiser where the order and line items you wish to manage are located.
Moreover, you can always find your line items by using the General search feature located next to your profile icon in the top right corner.
Note: If you manage many advertisers, use the search function on the top left part of the dashboard to help you find the advertiser you are looking for.
Then, locate the order you wish to add/manage line items within, and click on the order name to open the order dashboard.
Within each order, line items are listed alphabetically, by name. You can reverse this order by clicking the arrow next to the Line item name section of the table.
The line items dashboard within each order opens ALL line items in the table by default, showing them in 10, 20, or 50 rows per page (default is 10), which you can adjust in the bottom right corner of the table.
Line items are divided into the following categories:
- No active creatives – A line item does not have any creative that is currently a ready-to-deliver ad;
- Ready – A line item has a creative that is ready to be delivered once the line item starts;
- Delivering – Line items that have creatives that are currently delivering;
- Inactive – Line items that are paused or stopped during delivery;
- Delivery completed – A line item and its creatives have successfully reached the end date or set limits for delivery;
- Archived – A line item that has been delivered, inactive, or given up can be archived.
To access the Archived category in the table menu, use the arrow to scroll the category titles to the right.
When all line items are shown, you can see this information about each item in the same row:
- Line item name,
- Line item type,
- Status,
- Start date,
- End date,
- Actions.
Actions you can take for each line item are – Edit, Activate/Deactivate, Archive, and Copy.
To further manage the line items within an order, you can click on a set category and only filter eg delivering line items.
Moreover, if an order has many line items in the table, use the search function to find a line item by name.
Furthermore, you can combine the search function with the category filter. For example, if you only need to find the Montana Professionals campaign that is ready to go, go to the Ready category and then apply the search function (or vice-versa: first search and then select the category).
IMPORTANT: A line item cannot be DELETED, it can only be archived. If you need to delete an existing line item, please contact the Emperor support team.
