Advertisers are located in the first chapter of the Demand section in the left-hand side menu. In this space, you will see the list of all your advertisers, listed 10, 20, or 50 rows per page.
Click the purple Create new advertiser button in the top right corner to add your first advertiser to the list.
To create a new advertiser, you will need to insert the advertiser's Name and assign them to one of your teams.
Teams is a mandatory field. If you don’t add any teams, you won’t be able to create an advertiser. You will receive a warning note stating that you must select at least one team.
If you don’t manage multiple teams under your Emperor account, you can always choose the default account name team. In this case, the name added is Ninas Account Team.
When creating an advertiser, you can also enter a Reference ID. This number allows third-party software to track this advertiser. For example, if this advertiser is coming from an Order Management System (OMS), it will have a unique reference ID that will appear in all orders and campaigns connected with this advertiser.
In this case, our advertiser is Eucerin, and their reference ID is “EU”. A unique ad reference derivating from this advertiser can be EU12345-VG, EU standing for the advertiser, and VG standing for the Vogue newsletter.
If you don’t add the reference ID now, you can still create an advertiser, and come back later to add the reference ID if you need one.
Now, you can click Create if you have entered all information needed, or Cancel if you don’t need this advertiser at this time.
Once you hit the Create button on the bottom right corner, the Orders window will appear within the new advertiser. From here, you can move on to creating orders, or go back to the list of Advertisers by following the menu on the top left corner of the dashboard.
