Setting up and managing your newsletters

Creating your newsletters

Create newsletters for each brand by clicking on the brand, e.g., The New Yorker, in the Brands dashboard.

This action will open a Newsletter management dashboard. In the top left corner of the screen, you will see the navigation disclaimer, helping you understand where you are located Brands - The New Yorker.

Start creating newsletters by clicking on the Create new newsletter button.

Create a newsletter by adding the name of the Newsletter and a Reference ID if it needs one.

For example, a reference NYTODAY will be combined with the NYT reference ID for the New York Times brand, and the name of the ad to help third party software systems track the distribution and impressions of the ad inventory.

Moreover, you can add Channels to your Newsletter, or manage this element from the inventory selector within the Channels section.

Once you click the Create button, a dashboard for the newsletter management will open. Here, you will be able to create and manage placements for each newsletter.

Managing your newsletters

You will find all your newsletters by accessing the Brand they belong to. Simply follow the click journey, eg Brands > The New Yorker to access all newsletters The New Yorker manages. In this space, you are able to:

  • Edit the brand (blue button)
  • Create a new newsletter (purple button)
  • See stats (white button) – generate reports for all newsletters (the entire brand)
  • Edit specific newsletters (Edit icons on the right side of each newsletter name, under Actions)
  • Open a specific newsletter by clicking on the placement name.

Moreover, for those brands where you manage dozens of different newsletters, you have the Search feature to help you locate the newsletter you want to access or edit.

IMPORTANT: If you want to delete a newsletter, you need to contact support@passendo.com.
